BodyPump with Tanya - 40 minute class

A fast-paced, barbell workout that's designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. In this workout you’ll need a barbell with a variety of weights and, ideally, a step. Or use anything from bottles of water to tins of beans to add resistance.

BodyComabt with Sally - 40 minute class

Body Combat is a cardio class inspired by martial arts where you can punch, kick and strike your way through a full body workout. Expect to burn heaps of calories and feel great while you're doing it! No equipment needed

GRIT Cardio with Tanya -30 minute class

GRIT Cardio is a high-intensity interval training workout that improves fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of bodyweight exercises so no equipment is needed.

BodyPump with Tanya - 20 minute class

Tanya leads you through another great BodyPump workout. You’ll need a barbell with a variety of weights and, ideally, a step. Or you can add resistance by using bottles of water to tins of beans.

BodyAttack with Tanya - 30 minute class

BodyAttack is a sports-inspired cardio workout program for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. No equipment needed.

CX Worx with Sue - 30 minute class

CX Worx is a core-training workout that uses your body weight and resistance equipment to tighten and tone your core. Exercises are designed to improve your functional strength for better mobility and injury prevention. You’ll need a plate weight, kitchen tins or a full water bottle.

Sh'Bam with Sally - 30 minute class

Sh'Bam is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout and an ego-free zone with no dance expertise required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile. Even if you think you can’t, you’ll end up realising you can! No equipment needed.
